Kindler is the scholarly peer-reviewed Journal of Army Institute of Management Kolkata (formerly, National Institute of Management Calcutta). It began its journey in 2003 to facilitate academicians, management thinkers, experts, professionals, practitioners, researchers and students to share their knowledge and experience. The aim of the journal is to disseminate information about theory, practice and research in the field of management and allied disciplines, including but not limited to: Accounting Analytics Banking Business Ethics and Law Corporate Governance Corporate Social Responsibility Economics Finance Human Resource Management Industrial Relations Information Systems and Management of Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship International Relations Logistics and Supply Chain Management Marketing Operations Management Optimization and Modelling Organizational Theory and Behaviour Public Policy Strategic Management Sustainable Development The Journal aims to advance management research by publishing empirically and theoretically grounded articles.
