The journal diagnoses problems in administrative and legal practices and those required by development, by benefiting from the experiences of workers in various branches of public administration (managers, executives, executives) in combination with the efforts of those engaged in the field of public administration and law and those interested in development research (faculty members, experts, students and researchers). Therefore, it focuses in publishing on articles and joint research that show the touch of the two parties and the integration of the two efforts.
