Journal's description  
Journal of Civil Engineering Research is an open access scientific journal intended to bring together the information in different areas of civil engineering around the world.
The aim of this journal is to combine theory and practice in civil engineering and thus advancement of civil engineering sciences. It will provide a platform for academicians, researchers and engineers to share their experience and solution to problems in different areas of civil engineering.

Types of paper - Research articles: Their aim is to describe new theoretical, numerical or experimental researches. Manuscript should be given in sufficient detail and must be rigorous and clear in order to facilitate as much as possible the comprehension by the audience of the Journal. The length of a full paper should be the minimum required to fully describe and interpret the presented research clearly. - Technical notes and Short Communications: A Technical Note or a Short Communication is intended to present findings of complete small investigations, new practical models or hypotheses in the solution of civil engineering problems, new measurements techniques, etc. . The length of Technical Note or a Short Communication papers should be the minimum required to clearly describe the presented topic. - Reviews: Submissions of reviews and perspectives, covering topics of interest for the Journal, are also welcome. Review should be concise, but characterized by a sufficient length to describe the main aspects of the presented topic. Review manuscripts are also peer-reviewed.
