International Research Journal of Business Studies (IRJBS) is published by Prasetiya Mulya Publishing and accredited by The Indonesia Ministry of National Education based on SK DIKTI No. 83/DIKTI/Kep/2009 for the period of 2009-2012 and SK DIKTI No. 80/DIKTI/Kep/2012 for the period of 2012-2017. IRJBS covers topics in the areas of marketing management, finance management, operation management, organization, human resources management, and strategic management.

IRJBS was established in 1993 as a biannual journal namely Jurnal Manajemen Prasetiya Mulya. In 2008, the journal name was changed to INTEGRITAS-Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis which published three times a year in April, August and December. In 2011, for the second time, the journal changed its name to International Research Journal of Business Studies (IRJBS).

The primary objective of IRJBS is to bridge the gap between theory and practice in the area of business management. Every article must include empirical results, research methods, managerial implication and latest references.
