“Proceedings of Dagestan State Pedagogical University. Natural and Exact Sciences”created by the Academic Council decree on 31.05.07 (Protocol ? 10) to provide an international priority of the teachers’, staff’, doctoral students post-graduate students’ scientific works. The journal is the peer-reviewed publication. Each series is issued once in a quarter. Unlike the collections of papers, our journal has a fixed number of pages, the format and even the weight, therefore the specified volume conditions the number of articles in the issue. Articles are published in the order of arrival after the thorough review process, which is organized according to international rules. The journal reflects the most interesting scientific research results in the field of Mathematics, Informatics, Geography, Chemistry, etc. The editor-in-chief of the journal is Magomed Imranovich Abdulaev, the rector of DSPU, Doctor of Law, Professor. “Proceedings of DSPU” journal series have the international ISSN number. The copies are sent through Russian Book Chamber to Russian State library and other central libraries, to the research and information organizations in Russia according to the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. The journal is registered as a mass media by the Federal Service on Supervision in the sphere of mass communications. We obtained the registration certificates for each series and let a contract with Russian Electronic Scientific Library for placing the full-text version of the journal in the public domain. “Proceedings of DSPU” issue is a constant participant of the “Russian Science Citation Index” project. The RSCI system is regularly provided with the information about the articles published in the prescribed form. We introduce a system of the electronic on-line submission and review of the articles. The authors of the journal can define their citation index in Russian scientific journals and the impact-factor of the journal, which currently stands 0.233. “Proceedings of DSPU” journal provides its authors with a good opportunity for their new fundamental results integrating into the modern international scientific and information space. The strategic task of the journal is including the one or more series into the Scopus database and achieving the impact factor of >0,2
